MY BECOMING
My name is Jasmin. I was born in 1979 in Zurich, Switzerland, and I am a mother of two and a business owner.
Through my upbringing, I was introduced early on to the idea of positive thinking and the power of the mind — both conscious and unconscious, even if I didn’t fully understand it at the time.
But I’m human. Patterns run. Life unfolds. And much of what we think, feel, and do is guided by subconscious beliefs we are not even aware of.
At some point, my private life brought me to a place where I could no longer look away. I was faced with myself.
Not only with what was happening around me, but with what was happening within me. It was the most challenging time of my life. And yet, looking back, I was willing. Willing to face what was there. Willing to look in the mirror instead of only blaming others. That’s where my journey truly began.
I began to understand how much of our life is shaped from within — and how little we are actually aware of it. It wasn’t linear. It came in waves. Awareness and old patterns moving side by side. Again and again.
I was fortunate to be guided by people who supported me in finding my way back to myself — people who helped me see, understand, and move through what I couldn’t see alone.
There are many different approaches and teachings — yet at their core, they often point to the same thing. What matters is finding what resonates with you. And something shifts once you do. You don’t become perfect. But you begin to see. You begin to step out. To lead yourself. To shape your life more consciously. You learn to zoom out. To recognize what is happening. To return to awareness when it matters.
And in those moments, you begin to feel something deeper — a quiet sense of connection that has always been there. Not separate. Not alone. But connected — to yourself, and to something that exists in all of us.
Life doesn’t become flawless. But it becomes more real. More conscious. More yours. And what I’ve come to understand is this. You don’t become someone new. You rediscover what has always been there — something that may have been covered for a while, often without you even realizing it. And once you’ve seen it, you can’t fully unsee it.
That’s how INTO SELF was born — and why supporting others through this journey has become something deeply meaningful to me.
Warmly, Jasmin
